Went this morning for my first visit. I am new to the area and have been doing a lot of research to find a good place to go for a basic mani/pedi. I am so glad I found Moon Nails through a recommendation from a co-worker. I called first to make an appointment since it was Saturday morning. I was able to get right in. The manicurist was so friendly and nice. As was the lady doing a client next to us. I don’t usually opt for the deluxe pedicure upcharge but since it had been so long since my last pedicure I decided to go for it ($10 extra). It was totally worth it for the leg massage alone. My nails look great. I had a nice relaxing time. And will be back. From what I could tell most everyone there was a regular and I can definitely see why. Thank you Moon Nails and especially Apple for making me feel welcome and for the best mani/pedi I have had in a long time ~ Mavis B

A few years ago, after jumping from nail salon to nail salon, I walked in to Moon Nails. Theresa saw what a mess my nails were. My nails are thin. Theresa saw that I had some with gel and some with acrylic. She immediately took me in and convinced me to trust her. I’ve now been going to her for years, and have always been happy. I was skeptical, I’d been hurt before from rough technicians, but not theresa. She is amazing at what she does, as well as others. I go to them monthly for my nails and toes. The massage chairs, foot massage and pedicure are just what I need for stress relief from my career and life. I won’t go anywhere else! ~ Kari D

I have been going to Moon Nails for over 3 years and would not go any other place. I have had pink & white and color and their technicians are polite and do a great job. Over the past years I have had different people do my nails and also pedicures with great care and service. I have not had a bad experience as some have commented. My sister came with me one time for a pedicure and said the salon was a lot better than several in Stillwater. She added that the tools were clean which is what we expect. I would definitely recommend the salon and services. ~ P P

I have read some of the lesser reviews and am shocked. I have been going here since it opened and the owners and the techs are great. Yes, I have my favorite one, but I have gone to several of the gals and the first tech I had left and so did the second. I don't know if it was on their own or not, however, as in everyone's work place, reason for leaving is not public knowledge. Also those who had a bad experience, I am wondering if you had the person who has left. I go to Kim and Love her. She is great at gel manicures, pedicures. My daughters has pink and whites done by her too. When Kim has been gone, Victoria has done my nails and so has Ann. Both are very good. Regarding the prices. No they are not on the wall. Your hairs salon doesn't do that either unless you go to a cheap place. They do however have a card with the prices on it at the front counter. if you don't know the price, take the price list before you site down with your nail tech. ~ Barbara S

Went and got my nails done for the first time since I moved to MN. I found their Instagram and I liked the posts that they had up and decided to give them a try. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted but I figured it out and told her what I wanted and she worked with me and did what I wanted. She was very kind and took her time making sure I was happy with what she was doing. I would definitely keep coming back again. I'm happy with the outcome and the nail technician I got. I have been going to Moon Nail for about ten years. Their shop is meticulously clean, welcoming and extremely friendly. They are very conscience and care about their customers to the nth degree. They have an excellent reputation; honest and high standards in their work and their client relationships. My nails always look great! When you get a pedicure, you will receive the BEST calf and foot massage!!! It puts me in “heaven”! I highly recommend Moon Nail! 👍 Tina ~ Tina G

I had my nails done at Moon Nails for the first time and I was nervous walking in. I was immediately greeted and asked to sit down and wait. I waited for only 3 minutes. The shop was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The man who did my nails was wonderful. He didn’t make fun of my short nails or my deformed finger unlike many shops I had been to before. He paid great attention to detail and took his time with every step until it was perfect. Definitely will be coming back. Highly recommend! ~ Rebecca K

I have been going to Moon Nails for over 8 years for pink and white fills. Theresa has been my technician and I wholeheartedly recommend her. She has an acute attention to detail and takes pride in doing her best for each client. She has stepped down as owner of the business, but still works limited hours. If she is not available, ask for Justin, the new owner and brother of Theresa, who also does an excellent job with pink and white fills. ~ Deb H

If I could give 10 stars I would. I have been going for years! Employees are so friendly and listen to what you want done and do it well. Great atmosphere and location. I moved about 30 miles away, tried 3 salons in the cities, not one did I leave happy. I couldnt wait to come back here so she could fix the horrible job I had got done. My daughter had her 9th birthday party at Moon Nails for her and 7 of her friends. The salon was so welcoming, accommodating, and absolutely wonderful! They made all of the girls feel welcome and did such a great job on their nails! They also made my daughter’s day so special by providing party hats, necklaces, and even cupcakes!! Moon Nails is a great place - I’ve never left disappointed! It looks and smells clean, and the techs always make sure you leave happy. They have great hours of availability too for those that work typical day jobs. Hannah did my set today and she was amazing - such a sweet person & very detail oriented. I have been going to Moon Nails once a month for about 7-8 months and have always had a wonderful experience! Theresa has great attention to detail and always makes sure my nails are perfect. I started going to Moon nails in February of 2013 and it has become the only place I go to get my manicures and pedicures. I had gone to a number of other places in the surrounding area but did not receive the level of service that I do at Moon Nails. I have been getting my nails done at Moon for years! I appreciate that when you make an appointment they are ready for you when you arrive. I also feel they do a good job of cleaning/disinfecting the tools they use for your finger nails and pedicures, better than other salons I've been to. My 2nd time at Moon Nails in Apple Valley & they did not disappoint. I gave Hannah & Dee a photo from Pinterest which was done identical if not better. Both Dee & Hannah was so patient & friendly. I’ve been going to moon nails for close to 5 years now! This is the ONLY place I will ever go, the staff is so friendly and treats me like family. They are so attentive and are the best at what they do. The price is so low for the quality I receive, I would easily pay 2X the amount they charge. When I heard Hannah had taken over Moon Nails and that it was closer to my house I couldn’t have been more excited! I have been going to Hannah at her salon in Edina Nail Images for around 20 years and have loved ever manicure and pedicure I have had. I had the most incredible experience getting my nails done with Hannah! She made sure to do everything perfectly and made sure that I was comfortable for every part of it. I have been going to Moon Nails for years. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is warm and welcoming, especially Amy. Amy has great attention to the tiniest details and will do a wonderful job on your nails. I have large nails almost like chicklets, yet she is able to narrow them and make them beautiful.
